About returns and refunds

In the case you are not satisfied with your buy. Please call our main shop 0208 444 7300 in order to have a Number of Valid Returned Merchandise and a Official Returning Form. Products to return must be in new condition, with the original packaging/envelope and accessories.

CCTV cameras and Systems of electronic security can only be returned if unopened. Car Keys and Personal Engraved Items cannot be returned

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please make sure the returnable product must be 100% complete, with an unused condition, and if opened it should be packed back properly in its original packing material, with all the elements the product was delivered with (accessories, documentation, warranty cards, assembly instructions, etc).

Once the product is ready to be returned place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton without sticking shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. Please do not do any writing notes over the original manufacturer's package. Ship to us pre-paid. Please insure the package and ship it via a traceable method. Gallalock is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
